93 CUCUMBERS AND A GARDEN FULL OF MINT

This week has been fun, with a trip up north to visit our brilliant Friends of Ham in Leeds.

We were there to do a Tap Takeover and tutored tasting with cheese matching and charcuterie. The whole thing was a rip-roaring success.

It was a fantastic evening, the place was full to bursting and there was masses of enthusiasm for our Wild beers. We took along our latest collaboration beer, “Cool As A Cucumber” – a 2.9% beauty brewed with Cucumber, mint and both Saison and brettanomyces yeasts. 

Cool as a Cucumber is a Fyne & Wild collaboration brew, created to celebrate FyneFest 2013. The Fyne Ales boys made the long trip down from Scotland to our West Country brewery so we could work together on the most refreshing summer beer our collaborative minds could think of.
