For the past 10 years, we have enjoyed pushing the boundaries of craft beer - experimenting with wild fermentation, brewing techniques, and flavour.
We are proud to say that our efforts have inspired some very interesting, delicious, and unique beers! To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we are doing what we do best: making innovative and creative beers that you'll love. We want to share this experience with you, so we have put together a special Birthday box containing 10 unique beers that will take you on a journey back through time—a journey that began with us in 2012.
This limited-edition collection includes a blend of beers that we have never released before—some new brews, some old favourites reimagined; each one is unique in its own way. The best part? You get to try them all! There are stouts, fruited sours, IPAs, innovation, barrel-aging, and infusions, everything you might expect from us!
Like the idea of Whiskybeest? Our beer was aged in Murray McDavid whisky casks for 5 months!

Delivery
DELIVERY SERVICE
When will my order arrive?
Our courier APC currently provides a 48-hour delivery service and we aim to fulfil this on orders placed before 10am. However, deliveries can take up to 2-5 working days during busy periods. Orders received after 6:59am on a Thursday, and over the weekend will be sent the following Monday.
How much is your delivery?
England, Scotland and Wales
Orders £60 and over to the UK Mainland will receive complimentary free shipping, with a charge of £6.85 applying to orders under £60.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands
We are currently unable to deliver to these locations but we plan to expand this in the future
Do you deliver abroad?
No, we currently only deliver to the UK Mainland.
Do you offer a Click and Collect Service?
No we currently do not offer this service.
How does your delivery service work?
You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by a text from our courier confirming shipment giving you details of your delivery and tracking information.
If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, a card will be left containing contact details to arrange a re-delivery. If the courier is not contacted, they will attempt to re-deliver your order on the next two consecutive days. If you are not in on the second day, a card will be left advising you that the consignment is being returned to the depot.
Can I leave a note to the driver?
Yes, absolutely. If you live in a multi-occupancy building, please make sure that we have your correct contact details, access information and anything else you may feel necessary to assist in the delivery of your beer. Please add this to the delivery notes section when placing an order with us. If your order cannot be delivered in these circumstances, the card to inform you that your order has been held may also not get to your door. The couriers are not able to leave parcels in a communal area.
Do you deliver on the weekends?
We are currently unable to offer deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
Returns
Can I return an order?
For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 14 days, providing the goods are unopened and unused. The cost(s) of returning goods to us shall be at your own expense. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund for the amount paid (minus the original delivery fee), or an exchange credit as required.
What happens if I get a breakage?
Breakages are rare and will usually be returned to us before they arrive with you, but if you do receive a box with any broken or missing bottles, please handle with extreme care and send us an email right away to shop@wildbeerco.com. We will remedy this as soon as possible.

Whats in the box?
We're celebrating 10 years of Wild Beer by releasing a special limited Edition - Ninkasi X.
We've hand-selected the best Jonagold apples from one of our favourite local Somerset orchards, fermented them with champagne yeast, and conditioned them for a number of months. The result is a nuanced expression of Ninkasi that will impress even the most discerning palate. Expect a greater depth of fruit from the Somerset apple juice, and subtle aromas of fresh apple and pear. The crisp finish will leave you ready for more!

Whiskybeest
Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 12% ABV. Whiskybeest is the perfect example of what we do and what we stand for at Wild beer. A silky black stout aged for 5 months in Murry McDavid whisky casks. A decadent copper head that bubbles to release sweet and boozy aromas, creating a unique experience on every sip.
Hay June
Hay Infused Pilsner - 4.2% ABV. We love the relationship between beer and food, and the creative approach of the finest chefs. We are lucky enough that Osip is our local Michelin Starred restaurant, owned by Merlin Labron-Johnson. We wanted to create a beer from a chef's perspective, thus incorporated one of his favourite summer ingredients; Hay. Hay is at it's finest in June, and the infusion gives aromatic notes of grass, fresh herbs and cinnamon. The crisp, clean pilsner is a great beer to carry these flavours, for an experience not dissimilar to eating a cinnamon bun.
Ensō
Wild Ale With Apricot & Wasp Yeast - 6% ABV. Fermented using an isolated pure yeast strain captured from an abandoned wasp nest. This unique yeast strain delivers a sweet honey aroma in a beer using all british ingredients. A beer inspired by Somerset Wild, our first wild yeast capture in 2013, and made possible by the developments in our lab over the following 10 years.
Double Deka
10X Chocolate Milk Stout - 5% ABV. This beer is liquid chocolate in a can! Inspired by Millionaire but with 10X more chocolate! The finest Valrhona Ghanain cocoa makes this velvety and smooth, decadent and satisfying.
Cherry Moon
Fruit Sour Beer – 4.7% ABV. A thirst-quenching vibrant sour beer bursting with big juicy cherry flavours, this is a beer that’s sure to delight your taste buds. The tartness has been balanced with sweet vanilla, making it oh so drinkable.
Nanola IPA
IPA Inspired by Bibble – 5.5% ABV. Our everyday Pale Ale, Bibble has been a favourite for years. We've reimagined it for our 10th Birthday, creating a full on Bibble IPA full of the Mosaic hops that made it famous.
Hops Obscura
New Zealand Hazy IPA -7.5% ABV. A powerful yet moreish explosion of hops is a true representation of a well crafted NZ IPA bursting with gooseberry and mangos for a long tropical but sweet fruit finish.
Beyond Modus 9
Barrel Aged Sour Red – 9% ABV. Following on from last year’s Beyond Modus, we have blended Coolshipped modus operandi with a Bordeaux red wine barrel to finish this beer for another year. Matured in freshly emptied red wine barrels, it screams ripe autumnal fruits, a vivid acidity and hints of Bourbon subtlety.
Give 'em The Fruit
Barrel-Aged Raspberry & Orange 5.2% ABV. Give 'em the Fruit is a barrel aged raspberry sour with freshly squeezed orange juice, fermented in foudre, and then aged in wine barrels. The result is a zesty and zingy fruit sour that will leave you wanting more.
