When will my order arrive?
Our courier Parcelforce currently provides a 48-hour delivery service and we aim to fulfil this on orders placed before 10am. However, deliveries can take up to 2-5 working days during busy periods. Orders received after 6:59am on a Thursday, and over the weekend will be sent the following Monday.
How much is your delivery?
Orders over £50 qualify for FREE delivery. The delivery charge for orders under £50 is £4.95 for England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland is £11.95 and due to the limitations of service coverage, deliveries to these areas may take slightly longer.
Do you deliver abroad?
No, we currently only deliver to the UK.
Do you offer a Click and Collect Service?
Yes. You can click and collect to our warehouse shop in Pylle by clicking this option for delivery in checkout. Once ordered, you can collect your order the next available working day. Our warehouse shop is closed on Sundays. For directions, click here.
How does your delivery service work?
You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by a text from our courier confirming shipment giving you details of your delivery and tracking information.
If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, a card will be left containing contact details to arrange a re-delivery. If the courier is not contacted, they will attempt to re-deliver your order on the next two consecutive days. If you are not in on the second day, a card will be left advising you that the consignment is being returned to the depot.
Can I leave a note to the driver?
Yes, absolutely. If you live in a multi-occupancy building, please make sure that we have your correct contact details, access information and anything else you may feel necessary to assist in the delivery of your beer. Please add this to the delivery notes section when placing an order with us. If your order cannot be delivered in these circumstances, the card to inform you that your order has been held may also not get to your door. The couriers are not able to leave parcels in a communal area.
Do you deliver on the weekends?
We are currently unable to offer deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on 01749 838705.
I haven't received my order, what do I do?
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery within the UK. Our courier will either send you a SMS message or email with your tracking details in.
If your order has not arrived after 5 working days of receiving your order confirmation, please check your tracking information supplied. If you have further difficulties, please email email@example.com.
Can I change my order once I have placed it?
We would appreciate you letting us know immediately if any changes or adjustments need to be made to your order by contacting us via firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a ring on 01749 838705. We will try our best to accommodate, but it may not always be possible.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes, we require a signature on all parcels delivered (due to Covid-19, contact-free delivery is currently in place). If there is no one at home, the driver will leave a calling card.
I have only received part of my order, what do I do?
It is not uncommon for multi-box orders to get split up during delivery. We would appreciate if you can wait another 2 working days before contacting us, on almost every occasion the other items turn up the following day.
Can I return an order?
For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 14 days, providing the goods are unopened and unused. The cost(s) of returning goods to us shall be at your own expense. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund for the amount paid, or an exchange credit as required.
What happens if I get a breakage?
Breakages are rare and will usually be returned to us before they arrive with you, but if you do receive a box with any broken or missing bottles, please handle with extreme care and send us an email right away to email@example.com. We will remedy this as soon as possible.
Is your packaging biodegradable?
We use non-toxic biodegradable packing 'peanuts' to protect the beers in their shipping boxes. The peanuts are not recommended for eating but are safe if ingested accidentally by humans or pets. We recommend you use them as a biodegradable addition to your compost heap.
Do you sell vegan beers?
Absolutely, the vast majority of our beers are vegan friendly. Please check each product description individually to make sure.
Can I stock your beer?

Do you offer brewery tours?
Yes, although all of our brewery tours are currently paused until further notice. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to be informed when this changes.
Do you update your mixed cases regularly?
We try to update our mixed cases every few weeks with new deals and offers. Please note when ordering, some cases may have some slight variations due to varying stock levels.
What temperature would you recommend to store your beers?
We recommend our IPAs, sours and 5L mini kegs be refrigerated or stored cold. Our darker and higher ABV beers are more suitable for cellaring at higher temperatures.
