Unique Aspect

Building on our repertoire of wild stouts we have combined our love of dark fruits with our penchant for sweet dark beers.

The combination of fruit and chocolate is always amazing and what better way to combat the cold nights of the changing seasons than with a rich warming stout?

Food Pairings

Jambo is an interesting mix of both tart fruit and rich chocolate on a base of dark-malt-decadence with a hefty ABV to boot. Perfect with desert - go berry heavy with a cheesecake to amplify the raspberry elements or chocolate torte to amp up the richness of Valrhona coca nibs in the beer.

Simpler still Jambo is a great desert - whack a scoop of vanilla ice cream in your glass and garnish with crushed hazelnuts for a winter warming winner.
