Unique Aspect
Spring is a time of growth, excitement and green things. Revitalised trees are the essence of this with fresh green leaves appearing in the Spring sun. We’ve taken this inspiration of freshness to create a very ‘green’ beer brewed with Beech and Linden leaves! At a refreshingly low ABV as well this is a thirst-quencher for surprisingly bright days. Best enjoyed al fresco when bluebells are blooming, the sun is shining but there’s still a nip in the air.

Food Pairings
Rooting Around - Spring is a very light and delicate beer. The Beech and Linden leaves give a herbal character, and there is a gentle acidity, making it the perfect partner for shellfish, particularly pan-fried scallops. The herbal, fragrant note will compliment pan fried white fish, leave off the dill in the dish and add a glass of Rooting Around - Spring on the side.
