Unique Aspect
Sometimes collaborations occur because you simply love someone else’s beers and you want to brew with them. We loved Loverbeer beers, long before we had the pleasure of meeting Valter and Elena the enigmatic duo behind Italy’s best Farmhouse (brewery) secret. Sharing importers around the world, we had been fortunate enough to taste a few and raved about them whenever we did. This beer has come out of our shared love of wild yeasts, slow beers, local fruit and the beauty of barrel ageing. This collaboration is as close to a Rosé beer as you can imagine; a beautiful pink Rosé -colour, leads to a gentle aroma of sweet almonds, cherries, herbal notes of oregano and thyme with a nice hint of cranberry.

Food Pairings
This beer has the versatility similar to that of a very fine, dry Rosé. This creates a fantastic array of food pairings and really showcases Ceresa as a foodie beer! Try pairing with an authentic Spanish paella with copious amounts of fresh seafood.
The cutting acidity works brilliantly with the dish by bringing out the sweetness of the seafood, whilst the dry finish is perfect for cleansing the pallet
