Unique Aspect

Blending! We really got to put our thumbprint on our barrel-aged blends, adjusting the flavours, aromas, and subtle nuances by adding or taking a barrel away. After Oak is blended from ten oak barrels that were holding seven different beers! It's a unique one-off creation that has both an easy drinkability, yet is nuanced, complex and contemplative.

Food Pairings

This complex oaky Belgian pale ale has a distinct character of orange oil and oak, we think it will pair beautifully with Peking Duck, where the slight acidity will cut through the rich duck, the oak will hold up to the spicing, whilst the orange note will complement the duck flavours.
