Here at Wild Beer, we pride ourselves on using the highest quality ingredients to produce the best-tasting beers we possibly can. For 2019 we have two very different and unique collaborations with both Alesong & Cascade brewing which utilises their incredible brewing and blending expertise from across the pond!

Alesong Brewing and Blending strive to brew unique and creative small-batch beers through a focus on barrel-ageing and Belgian-inspired brewing techniques.

Cascade Brewing has now been established for over 20 years and their beers were at the absolute pinnacle of the sour beer movement. Their sour facility now holds upwards of 1600 barrels and has no sign of slowing.
