Our most excting and adventurous project yet...

The Fruition Project//2019

At the Wild Beer Co we began nearly 7 years ago with the notion of adding a wild 5th ingredient to our beers… we have always enjoyed using fruit as a component, but have never really regarded them as fruit beers, more, beers that have fruit as a key ingredient.

At our recent Beer & Cheese Festival we had a bar stocking 20 beers with fruit. Some of the fruits we have used include… Yuzu, Cherries, Raspberries, Pineapples, Passion Fruit, Apples, Plums, Damsons, Sloes, Blackberries, Orange, Chokeberries, Pomegranate, Sea Buckthorn, Lemon, Lime, Strawberry and Grape

We are now taking Fruition to the roads after its debut at Beer and Cheese! We’ve already been to Edinburgh Craft Beer Festival, we are in Bristol this weekend and will continue to take our fruit bar to different festivals to show off the diversity and versatility of fruit in beer. We have made everything from Raspberry stouts, to dry and sour apple beers, barrel-aged hedgerow fruit beers that are dry and tannic and spiced pineapple beers that are juicy and refreshing.
