Covid-19 Delivery Info
Our webshop is still fully operational and we are doing our utmost to ensure we get our freshest beer to your homes as quickly as possible. Due to the unprecedented demand, we are extremely busy and it may take slightly longer to process your order than normal.
Currently, delivers take between 2-5 working days to arrive, if it is still within this window we would appreciate if you restrain from contacting us as we are receiving an extremely high volume of enquiries.
Our courier Parcel Force is struggling to keep up with the demand and we are finding some of the multi-box orders do get split, again we would appreciate if you waiting another 2 working days as almost every occasion the other items turn up the following day.

All bottled beer and glass orders will be dispatched via our courier, Parcel Force). T-shirts, hoodies, gift bags and hats will also be dispatched via Parcel Force. These are both next-day delivery services and we aim to fulfill this if orders are placed before 10am. However, during peak and holiday periods, demand is substantially higher and delivery times will vary from 2-5 days.
How our delivery system works
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order, followed by a text from our courier confirming shipment and giving you details of your delivery, including a consignment number that will allow you to track your order on the courier's website. If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, a card will be left for you containing contact details to allow you to arrange another delivery. If the courier is not contacted, they will automatically try to deliver your order on the next two consecutive days. If you are not in on the first day, a contact card will be left. If you are not in on the second day a card will be left advising you that the consignment is being returned to the depot.
If you live in a multi-occupancy building, please make sure that we have your correct contact details, access information and anything else you may feel necessary to assist in the delivery of your beer. If your order cannot be delivered in these circumstances, the card to inform you that your order has been held may also not get to your door. The couriers are not able to leave parcels in a communal area.
Should the goods be returned to us after the above attempts to deliver have failed, we will issue you with a full credit or will re-despatch on your instructions and the same delivery cost will be charged to your account. Alternatively, on the third attempt, the courier will deliver to a neighbour and a card will be left informing you where the parcel has been left.
We require a signature on all parcels delivered. We are unable to offer deliveries on Saturday & Sunday's.
We use bio-degradable packing 'peanuts' to protect the beers in their shipping boxes. These are NOT POLYSTYRENE; the starch-based packing peanuts were developed as a more environmentally-friendly alternative. The starch in the peanuts comes from crop-based sources and is non-toxic. Some are made from sorghum, others are made from corn starch. During the manufacturing process, the nutritional value is removed from starch-based packing peanuts. This removes edible components, such as sugars, that would otherwise attract rodents and bugs. Being biodegradable and non-toxic, the peanuts are also safe if ingested accidentally by humans or pets. However, they are not produced in food-safe conditions and are not recommended for eating. The starch-based peanuts are soluble in water; we recommend you use them as a bio-degradable addition to your compost heap.
UK Carriage Charges
Carriage is charged at £4.95 for all deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland is £12.00
