Wild Beer Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions

  1. Wild Beer Rewards is a loyalty program (“Club”) of The Wild Beer Co. The Company offers certain benefits and rewards to members of the as a reward for their loyalty. The following terms and conditions apply to membership of the Club (“Membership”) as do the Website Terms and Conditions for Use and Privacy and Security Policy given on the Company website www.wildbeerco.com (“Website”).

  2. The Club replaces any previous loyalty or other rewards scheme operated by the Company.

  3. Any purchases from the Company are subject to its terms and conditions of sale applicable from time to time as specifically amended by these Club terms and conditions.

Membership

  1. You may apply for Membership if you are an individual over the age of 18. Applications for Membership are made by creating a customer account via the Website. The Company has absolute discretion on whether to accept or decline any application for Membership and need not give any reason for doing so.

  2. Your Membership shall be deemed to start on the date of you creating an account. Your Membership is not transferrable. You are responsible for ensuring that the Company is updated on any change in your contact details.

Rewards and Benefits of the Club

  1. Membership will give you access to a customer account via the Website. The account will give details of your purchase history and how you can earn and spend loyalty points.

  2. Membership will entitle to you collect reward points in respect of purchases of products as follows:

  3. The customer is entitled to collect 5 Wild Points per £1 spent when they place an order.

  4. Celebrate a birthday and earn 500 Wild Points.

  5. Follow The Wild Beer Brand on Social Media Platforms. Facebook 25 Wild Beer Points. Instagram 25 Wild Beer Points. Twitter 25 Wild Beer Points.

  6. Leave a product review 50 Wild Beer Points.

  7. Refer a friend. If the referred contact has placed an order, they get £10 off their order and the refer earns 1000 Wild Points.

  8. Membership will entitle you to convert their points to offers when they reach a certain threshold. Lost or mislaid vouchers will not be replaced. Points awarded on or after 1st April 2024 must be redeemed within 6 months of the date of issue or they will expire and cease to be redeemable. Points awarded before 1st April 2024 must be redeemed before 1st August 2024.

    • 500 Wild Points = Free Shipping

    • 500 Wild Points = £5 off a minimum spend of £25

    • 1000 Wild Points = £10 off a minimum spend of £25

    • 1,500 Wild Points = £15 off a minimum spend of £25

    • 2,000 Wild Points = £20 off a minimum spend of £25

 

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, Points will not be awarded for any payment made in respect of value-added tax, carriage, handling or any other administrative charges.

  2. In the event of any Points being collected on products that are subsequently returned to the Company for any reason, the previously awarded points will be removed from the customer account.

  3. Points, vouchers, and other benefits of Membership including credit accounts may not be transferred.

  4. If the Company suspects any fraudulent activity in respect of your Membership, it shall be entitled to suspend your Membership pending investigation. During such period of suspension, you shall not be entitled to any Membership benefits and, in particular but without limitation, you shall not be entitled to redeem Points or to accrue further Points.

Termination

  1. You may terminate your Membership at any time by giving written notice to the Company as follows: marketing@curiousbrewery.com

  2. Membership will terminate immediately in the event of any of the following:

  3. if you are in breach of these terms and conditions.

  4. any criminal, abusive or offensive behaviour directed towards the Club or its members, the Company or its officers, employees or agents.

  5. if your Membership has been inactive for 12 months or more.

  6. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Club and Membership benefits at any time by giving at least seven days’ notice of termination on the customer account.

  7. On termination of Membership:

  8. you will forfeit all Points accrued which have not been previously redeemed for vouchers.

  9. any unused vouchers will immediately expire.

  10. all other Membership benefits will immediately cease.

  11. These terms and conditions and the Company’s dealings with you in respect of the Club are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
